LapisTrack Load Tracking Text Program

LapisTrack Load Tracking Text Program sends operational text messages about one active freight load. Messages may include daytime reminders for text-link drivers to update location, replies to ZIP-code or “City, ST” check-ins, and one “Location sharing is now OFF” message when the load is delivered or cancelled. LapisTrack does not send marketing messages. Message frequency varies by load. Msg & data rates may apply.

How to opt in

There are two ways to opt in for a specific load:

1. Your carrier’s dispatcher may forward you a LapisTrack load link. Open the link, review the consent screen, and check the optional, unchecked box that says “Text me reminders and updates about this load at (phone).”
2. Text TRACK <load code> to the LapisTrack toll-free number shown on your rate confirmation or QR code. LapisTrack will reply once with your load link.

LapisTrack never sends the first text to a driver. Your location, if you choose to share it, goes to “<Broker company name> (and the shipper they share this load with).”

STOP, HELP, and support

Reply STOP to any LapisTrack text to opt out of all LapisTrack texts and stop active-load tracking. For help, reply HELP or contact our toll-free number (listed here once assigned) or support@lapistrack.com.
